All on-line payments should be made the first week of the month. If you are joining past the first week, your first payment will be discounted and should be made by check or cash at the Clinch.
Monthly payments are based on how many classes you attend
a week so be sure to coordinate your payment with how many classes you
plan to attend.
Private lessons with Luke are available at $100 an hour
Private lessons are also available with other students for a lesser price.
Walk in mat fee = $20
You do not need a pay pal account to pay on-line!
You can pay using credit or debit card as well.

Your payment will be deducted from your account the same day each month
until your payment is canceled. Please inform Luke if you need to cancel
your payment.
Refunds:
If you feel that you have been charged wrongly and need a refund, please
contact Luke before going through paypal. A refund can be issued with less
hasel when worked through Luke. If you qualify for a refund Luke can send the
money back to your account. Refunds will not be given to those who stopped
attending class but never asked to have their membership canceled. It is up
to you to inform Luke if need your membership canceled.

Trial memberships are for you first 3 months only. After the 3 month trial your subscription
will automaticaly switch to the monthly payment unless canceled beforehand.
Up to 3 classes per week = $99 per month
Up to 5 classes per week = $149 per month
Unlimited classes per week = $169 per month

Youth Season Payments
The Youth program operates in seasons. Each season last 3 months and there
are 4 seasons a year. So the classes last all year round but are simply broken up
into seasons. The seasons are as follows:
Dec-Jan- Feb
March-April-May
June-July-Aug
Sept-Oct-Nov
Generally the season starts the 2nd week of the beginning month. Payment options
are as follows:
1 Season 1 Child = $270
1 Season 2 Children = $485
1 Season 3 Children = $545
If signed up the month before the season begins (Pre-Registration)
the prices are reduced to $250, $465 or $525.
Tuition can be paid by check made out to the Clincg Academy or EXACT Cash.
